Rachel Gottfried started her career in the telephone interconnect business with her own company that grew to install and service such places as the Miami Arena. In fact, her company was the original "official telephone company of the Miami Heat." Her entrepreneurial skills and being a New Yorker led her to find her niche in the fashion industry. From selling clothing from a warehouse in Boca Raton, FL in 1989 to becoming a stylist with "No Time To Shop" a mobile one stop shopping experience that caters to fashionistas with personal style dressing.  We have many customers that all know Rachel as "the lady from the truck".  Word spread quickly and she was in such high demand. The Wish Apparel store opened on Jog and Lake Ida in 1999. In 2011 she moved her store down the street to the Shoppes at Addison Place which grew to about 5500 sq ft adding an entire shoe department in 2012. Our second location, Wish 4 Less, opened in November 2016 offering lower price point and sale items. We elected not to renew the lease in 2022. Our 3rd and 4th locations, sister stores Wish & Shoes, opened in Plantation, FL in 2017 and most recently in Highlands, NC in 2019.  We opened another Wish & Shoes in Jupiter, FL in 2022. Wish & Shoes, and our personal shopping, continue to be a staple in South Florida and around the country.
